The regional minister of Kayin ethnic affairs Naw Pan Thinzar Myo said at the sitting of regional assembly on September 28 that the Yangon government and Seedstars will sign the official agreement for the building of the centre soon

During the assembly, Naw Pan Thinzar Myo responded to questions from regional representative Daw Mya Hla San about the centre. He said the goal for building the centre is to boost socio-economic, youth, entrepreneurial development by creating an environment conducive to spreading innovation. The site for the centre is located at Nanthidar Jetty on Strand Road Seikkan Township, Yangon.
