During the assembly, Naw Pan Thinzar Myo responded to questions from regional representative Daw Mya Hla San about the centre. He said the goal for building the centre is to boost socio-economic, youth, entrepreneurial development by creating an environment conducive to spreading innovation. The site for the centre is located at Nanthidar Jetty on Strand Road Seikkan Township, Yangon.
